Why Is Phone Verification Required?
Think of phone verification as adding another shield around your information. It’s an extra layer of protection.Phone verification helps us make sure you and you alone will be the only one who can access your funds.

What If I Don’t Receive a Code?
There are three actions you can take if you do NOT receive the verification code:
- Check your internet connection. If your connection is good, attempt the same process from a different browser. Google Chrome is recommended.
- If you were logged on via a smartphone during your first attempt, please switch to a laptop or desktop and try again. If you were on a computer, please switch to a mobile device and try again.
- Get in touch with your phone provider and ask if they block automatically generated texts. If so, ask if they can resolve this issue for you.
Of course, you can always contact Give A Hand support if needed.
