What If I Don’t Receive a Verification Email?
To ensure the security and protection of all Give A Hand users, an email verification process is required before you can execute a withdrawal of funds via transfer to a bank account.
This allows us to make sure only you have access to your information.
Where Is My Email Listed?
Once logged in to your Give A Hand account, navigate to your profile. You’ll find a place for your email address listed here under “My Details.”If you entered your email address during the signup process, you’ll see the email address here.
The email verification process will occur as you sign up for a Give A Hand account. You’ll be prompted to check your email inbox when the code is sent. You can then retrieve and enter the code in order to verify your email.
What If I Don’t Receive a Code?
The verification code should arrive in your email inbox within 10 minutes. If it doesn’t, please take the follow actions:
- Check spam and junk folders within your email inbox.
- Go back to Give A Hand and request another verification code. Please note that this will invalidate the first code, so only the most recent code will allow you to verify your email.
- If you still cannot find a verification email, please contact Give A Hand support.
